Not my imagination

Dixie is a very caring, loving dog. She loves to cuddle and sit quietly beside you if you're reading or on the computer. If I bruise or hit my arm, that's the side she will sit on and gently lick my arm. She does the same thing with Dwight-if he hurts himself, she goes to the site of the injury and licks. This would be easily explained if it was an open cut, but it's not. It's arthritis, a bruise, or even leg cramps. She knows and tries to make it better. Come to find out there are a lot of dogs out there with a "sixth" sense-it's documented and used in hospitals. These animals can detect cancer, drops in blood sugar, and even blood pressure.
