40 Acre dreaming

As long as I can remember, I've wanted to own land. Not with anyone, but by myself. I don't  know why, but it seems important to me. Some husbands aren't so keen on the idea, but I got lucky. My husband thinks it's a great idea. It doesn't hurt that the land in question is part of the area that we hunt or that his dad owns the land next to it.  Every thing has a price and I'm hoping the stars align for this deal.
