Celebrate TODAY

Celebrate today. Celebrate that you're alive or in love (more on that in four days) but celebrate. A year ago today, we were celebrating Mom and Mike's twenty-fifth anniversary. In the little church they renewed their wedding vows and when they promised "Until death do us part" none of us had any idea how ridicously soon that would be. I am so glad they celebrated that day. I'm so glad we got to see Mom and Mike with that special glow.
So if you're reading this do something to celebrate this day of love. Tell your husband he has a voice that you dream of. Let your wife catch you sneaking into the kitchen for just one more bite of that new recipe. Hold hands for no reason. Put your arm around her in the vehicle or at church. Make so many happy memories that your daughter couldn't write them down and put them on one piece of paper if she tried.
Take too many pictures. Dance like nobody is watching. Sing out loud. Hug every chance you get.
